I recently stayed at Amstel House in Berlin for the duration of the Berlin Marathon. The staff was incredibly helpful when I needed to switch rooms to get a more accessible bed after the race. The hostel itself is quite spacious and clean, with plenty of shower and toilet facilities. The location, while not central, is still convenient with a nearby subway stop. Plus, the hostel has a bar and coffee available for guests. I would highly recommend this place to fellow runners in my club for next year's marathon.

The place was unique and cool and the staff were well managed, the location was marvellous outside of the city Center. The hotel room was quiet with 1 bunk bed.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Berlin. I enjoyed almost every detail, including very good staff and rooms. Hotel's bar was nice.

Breakfast was lovely, bed was exceptionally comfortable, good area. I had a comfortable bedroom. Funny, hospitable people working here. You could walk to a supermarket and shops. Friendly reception...
